Fine Sea Salt (300g) is your everyday workhorse — small, fast-dissolving crystals (1–3 mm) that season evenly from the pot to the pan. Reach for it when you're cooking, brining, curing, fermenting, or baking. It dissolves quickly and distributes flavour consistently, so your food is seasoned all the way through.

Flake Sea Salt (250g) is your finishing touch. Hand-harvested pyramid crystals that collapse on the tongue rather than crunch — delivering a bold, clean hit of salinity right at the end. A pinch over a seared steak, ripe tomatoes, warm bread, or dark chocolate turns a good dish into a deliberate one.

Both are hand-harvested from the cold, clean waters of the Canadian Pacific off Vancouver Island. No additives, no anti-caking agents. Just pure salt, matched to purpose.
