Roxy's Chocolate - Island Sea Salt Bar - 75% Dark Chocolate

This is the kind of chocolate bar that makes you say, “Oh my goodness, I’ve been searching for you my whole life!” Silky smooth, decadent dark chocolate is perfectly complemented with a pinch of our pure Canadian Sea Salt for a clean, modern take on sweet-meets-salty. 

Using the finest cacao sourced from small farms in Nicaragua, Roxy's Chocolate is handcrafted from the bean in their workshop located on the southern tip of Vancouver Island. We think the pyramid shape of this bar adds a fun, salty twist!

Tasting Notes: Deep cocoa • smooth melt • clean sea-salt lift.

Pairing/Serving Suggestion: Excellent with espresso, stout or porter, or a small pour of whisky. Serve as an after-dinner nibble or on a chocolate and sea-salt tasting board.
