Old Habits Artisanal Fish Sauce - 1 Year Aged Roe Herring

Vancouver Island based Old Habits is paying homage to a 2,000 year old tradition with its insanely delicious fermented fish sauce using our all natural sea salt.

Made with Spring Roe Herring, sea salt and aged between 12-24 months. The herring is harvested during March spawning season, abundant with roe. This results in a mild flavour profile that's both familiar and unique at the same time.
