Twelve 75g jars of our flake sea salt blended with sustainably sourced Pacific kelp, for a subtle briny freshness and a natural umami lift. The clean crunch of our signature flakes, with a taste of the coast.

The difference is in the making

We start with our signature flake from the cold, clear Canadian Pacific: the harsh, bitter minerals drawn off, slowly crystallised and gently handled so it keeps both its delicate crunch and the naturally occurring trace minerals that give it character. Then we fold in kelp sourced from local Pacific waters.

All natural, nothing added

Just salt and kelp. No additives, no anti-caking agents, no chemicals.
