Our signature finishing salt. Delicate pyramid crystals with a clean, balanced flavour and satisfying crunch. Designed to elevate everything from grilled meats and roasted vegetables to fresh tomatoes and chocolate chip cookies.
Maple Smoked Sea Salt Flakes
Pyramid flakes slowly smoked in small batches over real maple wood for several days. Deep savoury smoke balanced by the natural sweetness of maple. Excellent on grilled meats, roasted potatoes, salted caramel, or as a rimmer for Caesars and Bloody Marys.
Kelp Sea Salt Flakes
Inspired by traditional Japanese moshio salt, reimagined on the Canadian Pacific coast. Infused with wild kelp harvested in Tofino and gently air-dried by our friends at Naas Foods, a 100% Indigenous-owned enterprise. Bright briny freshness with a subtle umami depth.
