These 70% dark chocolate salted caramels are handcrafted by Master Chocolatier Wim Tas using organic cane sugar and delicate flakes of Vancouver Island Sea Salt. Each dome hides a flowing liquid caramel centre, enrobed in dark chocolate and finished with a light sea-salt sprinkle for a sublime, not-too-sweet salty-sweet bite. Food Award Winner “Made in Vancouver” 2019.
