A delicate sprinkling of hand-harvested Vancouver Island Sea Salt lifts the fudge-like depth of the bean-to-bar chocolate and brings a crisp coastal finish.
Sirene Artisan Chocolate Makers has been winning awards every year since 2015 from The Academy of Chocolate Awards and the International Chocolate Awards in recognition of its beautifully crafted, ethically sourced, single origin chocolate bars.
