This intense dark chocolate with a rich fudge flavour makes a natural pairing with Vancouver Island Sea Salt.
Sirene Artisan Chocolate Makers has been winning awards every year since 2015 from The Academy of Chocolate Awards and the International Chocolate Awards in recognition of its beautifully crafted, ethically sourced, single origin chocolate bars.
