Our goal has always been to make really good butter. We knew when we started Cultured Butter that we would need the best local and regional ingredients to reach our goal. We were already using Vancouver Island Salt in our home and we’re big fans so we naturally wanted to use it in our butters. We had a feeling it would be fantastic—and it is!
