I’m very proud of the choice we have made to use Vancouver Island Fleur de Sel. We are always striving to look at our terroir and draw inspiration from it and what better way to do that than to start from the basics like salt. Our goal has always been to create relationships with our supplier who care about the ingredients they produce. The dedication and care they take in their salt translate to the care I use when using the product.
